This policy explains how VIRALBOOST AI handles information for creators using this app.

1. Account information
When you sign in, the platform authentication service manages your session and provides your account identifier, name, and email when available. VIRALBOOST AI uses that account identifier to access your private workspace. This app does not collect or store account passwords.
2. Private drafts and designs
Saved titles, draft text, design settings, post dates, and usage counts are stored in the app’s built-in key-value store. Every read, write, and deletion uses private user scope enforced by the platform. Other visitors cannot read your saved drafts through this app. Draft text is not put into browser local storage.
3. AI prompts and generated content
Topics, audiences, and other settings you enter for generation are sent to the platform’s AI service to produce content. Model processing, retention, and platform infrastructure are governed by the platform provider’s terms and privacy practices. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information. AI can make mistakes; verify output before publishing.
4. Browser storage and downloads
The app saves your light or dark theme preference on your device. Unsaved edits exist in memory and can be lost on reload or navigation. Text and SVG exports are downloaded to your device; anyone with access to those files may be able to read them.
5. Support and contact
Direct support message delivery is not enabled. The contact page can export a support request as a text file. The request is not transmitted or saved by this app. If you later send that file to someone, you control what it contains and who receives it.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can review and edit your saved content in the Content Planner. Deleting a draft removes its saved record after confirmation. Signing out clears private drafts from the app’s displayed account state but does not delete your stored records. This version does not offer an account-deletion workflow; account administration belongs to the platform provider.
7. Payments and tracking
Paid checkout and recurring subscriptions are disabled. No payment information is collected by this app. This version does not implement advertising trackers or social-account integrations. The hosting platform may process operational information needed to run its services.
8. Security and policy updates
The app relies on platform-managed authentication and server-enforced private storage. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid using shared devices for sensitive work and sign out when finished. This policy describes the functionality of this version and should be reviewed before changes to integrations, analytics, or payments.
